Marianna Barbieri-Nini (Florence, 1818 – Florence, 1887) was an Italian soprano whose fifteen-year career took her through Italy, Barcelona, Madrid and Paris. She trained with Luigi Barbieri, Pasta and Vaccai.

Her debut at La Scala in 1840, in Donizetti's Belisario, was a failure. She broke her contract with the impresario Merelli and joined Lanari's company in Florence, where she made a second debut, this time successfully, in Donizetti's Lucrezia Borgia. According to some accounts, she had a powerful voice and a strongly dramatic temperament, effective in the leading roles of Anna Bolena and Semiramide.

She created three operas by Verdi: Lucrezia in I due Foscari (Rome, 1844), Lady Macbeth (Florence, 1847) and Gulnara in Il corsaro (Trieste, 1848). She retired in 1856.
