Francesco Flori, also known as Franz or Franciscus, was a copyist and composer associated with the court chapel in Munich during the second half of the sixteenth century. His place of birth is attributed to Maastricht, although it is marked with a question mark, so the information should be treated as doubtful. He died in Munich in 1588.

He joined the court chapel in 1556 and, in April 1557, obtained a lifelong post as a singer. Around 1565 he began working as a scribe alongside the court copyist Johannes Pollet, whom he replaced in 1570. He copied several choirbooks intended both for the court chapel and for the Jesuit college in Munich.

His compositional output is difficult to separate from that of Francesco Flori (ii), so the attribution of pieces to one or the other poses difficulties.
